Rule!
In all other cases (numbers ending in 2, 3, 4), use “года”. – Мне 23 года. Мне 4 года.
Note: All pronouns (тебе, мне, ему, ей) are in the dative case (answering the question “кому?”).
Сколько тебе лет? — Мне 21 год.
Сколько ему лет? — Ему 34 года.
Сколько ей лет? — Ей 45 лет.
