Is Russian hard to learn

Don’t be afraid right away and give up the idea of learning the Russian language because amazing, pleasant discoveries are awaiting you.

1. There are no articles in Russian. Absolutely. None!
2. Russian letters are easier to remember and understand than, for example, Chinese characters.
3. There are only three tenses in Russian (remember 16 in English or 19 in French!).
4. There is no strict word order in Russian. You do not need to think about where to put a specific part of the sentence. And even an interrogative sentence may look the same as an affirmative one, only the intonation will change.
5. Thanks to borrowings from English and many international words, the learning process will be easier for you as some of the words will already be in your vocabulary.

In general, the main difficulties of the Russian language, from the grammatical point of view, end at level A2. Then you improve your vocabulary, start feeling more confident while using a variety of constructions, and at some point, you start to have fun.
